Space Tech Explorers provides hands-on space technology programs, including CubeSat kits, AR/VR experiences, and STEM-aligned workshops. Our offerings are for educational purposes only and must not be used for commercial satellite operations or unauthorized experiments.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You may need to create an account to access certain Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Certain Services require payment (e.g., kits, workshops, school memberships).
- Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Local consumer protections may apply.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or unsafe activities.
- Interfere with or disrupt our platforms, networks, or security features.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute curriculum or materials without written permission.
- Engage in unauthorized satellite communications, spectrum use, or data interception.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content (curriculum, software, images, videos, branding) is owned by Space Tech Explorers or our licensors.
- Permitted use: personal or educational use within the program context.
- Any commercial use or public redistribution requires our prior written consent.
7. Student Data & Privacy
- We may collect limited student information to deliver personalized learning.
- All data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
- Schools and parents must ensure compliance with applicable child data protection laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Services may link to third-party resources (e.g., NASA, ISRO, STEM.org). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of such external sites or services.
9. Disclaimers
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Tech Explorers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Space Tech Explorers, its affiliates, mentors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Alameda County, California, in English, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA, except where prohibited by law.
- Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP or data security matters.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective on the “Effective Date” indicated at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
